I don't have much of an update for today. I just wanted to let you know that I have added
Filthy-Diamonds to my
affiliates and
links. You should really check it out - great stuff!
Other than that, the
wedding is stressing me out a little. Only because of when we want it...and all the
bullshit stuff that's going into it. Honestly, all the tiny little things that add up...who needs all of that? Give me a dress and a keg of beer and my damned marriage certificate and I'll be perfectly happy. But we really wanted to do it in
October (Halloween wedding? Hell, yeah.), but we want to get married soon after I graduate so I'm not wasting time at
home (I can't get a job there and I'm not going back to the store...I didn't spend four years getting two BA degrees to work in a grocery store), so I guess we're stuck doing it in
May. Whatever. It's not like it will matter once it's all done.
So there. That is my update. I'll probably have something substantial soon.

I decided not to go to
class today, because my
meds were making me sick. Bleh. So I did my
laundry and made
icons!
I also forgot to mention, I added
Captured Memories,
IconPhreaks, and
Yellowbird to my
affiliates section (last week, I think). So check those out. =D
I'm also going to give up on trying to add
comments to every section. I tried the website that
Natasha showed me, but it didn't work very well. So we'll just stick to the
Guestbook.

I finished my term paper for Holocaust! I'm so excited. Now I need to finish my Linguistics paper (easy) and my Geography paper (elementary level stuff, really) and all I'll have left is finals week. Sweet.
At the request of
Shezza (she left a message in my
Guestbook), I am working on
Writing Icons. They may take me a few days, but I'll get them done. I did, however, post the Writing
bases if you're interested in making some of your own. I'll let you know when I post the icons.
Also, I got fined for parking today, which is crap. Why? Because I
don't own a car! I don't know how I ended up getting a ticket. But the school has put a hold on my account (I can't register for more
classes and I can't view my transcript so I know what classes I've already taken and still need to take) until I pay the
fine. It's only ten dollars, but for someone who has about
$100 to her name, that's
a lot of money. I'm going to the Campus Police tomorrow to get this fixed.

I added some new
icons, but they're not great. I'm also
still trying to figure out how to add
comments to the bottom of all of my
updates, so be patient with me. I'd really like to do that.
Easter was nice. I looked through a
bridal magazine with my aunt and grandmother, which was fun. My aunt's wedding dress is
gorgeous (and happened to be one of the ones I was considering, but since she took it, that's one less option I have to
painfully cross off the list, so
yay!).
I've been attempting to finish my
Holocaust paper, but it's so
boring.
Anyway, that's all I have for today.

So for some reason I decided it would be a good idea to organize my affiliates list
alphabetically. I guess I'm just insane. But it works! =D
Funny that
Natasha mentioned in the
Guestbook that she wished she could comment to my individual entries, because I've been trying to figure out a way for that to be possible.
If anyone knows how to do this, PLEASE let me know!
I actually have no updates for the day. I have been very busy writing my two analytical papers for
Civil War, working on my
Linguistics presentation, doing my
geography project, studying for my
Holocaust test,
cleaning my room,
and solving world hunger. I'm a bit tired. I may make some stuff soon, though. At least, I hope I do! In fact, I should probably do
Easter icons....
I shall go work on that!
